Training for the Birkie!

Dr. Longo is in training for the Birkie.
Here are some great stretches for you to do before you head out for outside sports!

Prevent Injury – Approximately 3 Minutes

Warm up by walking for several minutes with a big arm swing before stretching.

10-15 seconds each leg

quad stretch

10-15 seconds each leg

groin stetch

15-20 seconds
